Synopsis: When Lucius Fox is captured during a revolution in the European
nation of Markovia and the Justice League votes not to get involved in
the matter, Batman resigns the group and teams with Black Lightning to
go there himself. Once there, they meet Metamorpho and three new
heroes, Halo, Katana, and Geo-Force. But Batman, Black Lightning,
and Metamorpho are taken prisoner by the usurper of Markovia’s throne,
Baron Bedlam.
