Synopsis: A new superhero, the Ragman, whose uniform is made from tatters of various garments, fights two hoods after they kill a victim, and one of the crooks falls to his death.  The Ragman, in reality junkshop dealer and Vietnam vet Rory Regan, remembers how he gained the powers of four men: Some time past, his alcoholic father and three friends found money in a mattress.  Gangsters shot down power lines to bring them down over the four men, trying to make them tell where the loot was hidden.  Rory grasped his father's hand to try and draw the four to safety.  But the four were electrocuted, passing on their strength and skills to Rory.

Synopsis: A gang of crooks out to find the million dollars in cash secreted in Rory Regan's junkyard try to bait another deathtrap for Ragman with Opal as the bait.
